Return Policy
Our return policy allows you to request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition as received
- Unworn or unused
- With tags
- In the original packaging
You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return

If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can address the issue.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned, including:

Exchanges
To ensure you get the item you want, return the original item and make a separate purchase for the new one after your return is accepted.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
For items shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. The item must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
